TUTUNOV, ANDREI ANDREEVICH

Le peintre russe Andrei Andreevich Tutunov naît le 1er janvier 1928 à Moscou. Il étudie sous V. Pochitalov à l'école des arts de Moscou de 1941 à 1948; et sous M.I. Kurilko et V.G. Tsyplakov à l'Institut Surikov de 1948 à 1954. Il devient membre de la branche moscovite de l'Union des artistes de l'URSS. En 1955, il participe à l’expo Tout-Union à Moscou. En mai 1956, à la recherche un endroit d'été, il va pour la première fois à Priluki. Puis, les 40 années suivantes, cette petite ville sur la rivière Oka sera l'endroit où il va travailler. Il peut être qualifier de représentant exceptionnel de l'art soviétique des années 1960 et de l'école de peinture de Moscou. Cette année-là il participe à l’exposition Soviet-Russe. De 1972 à 1987 il tient des expos personnelles à Moscou. En 1976, Il reçoit le titre “artiste honoré” de Russie. En 1980, il est esponsable d'un studio d'art dans la petite vieille ville de Pereslavl-Zalessk.

Russian painter Andrei Andreevich Tutunov was born on January 1, 1928 in Moscow. He studied under V. Pochitalov at the Moscow School of Arts from 1941 to 1948; and under M.I. Kurilko and V.G. Tsyplakov at the Surikov Institute from 1948 to 1954. He became a member of the Moscow branch of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1955, he participated in the All-Union Expo in Moscow. In May 1956, looking for a summer place, he went to Priluki for the first time. Then, for the next 40 years, this small town on the Oka River would be where he went to work. He can be called an outstanding representative of Soviet art of the 1960s and of the Moscow school of painting. That year he took part in the Soviet-Russian exhibition. From 1972 to 1987 he held personal exhibitions in Moscow. In 1976, he received the title “Honored Artist” of Russia. In 1980 he was in charge of an art studio in the small town of Pereslavl-Zalessk.
